I was just wondering what everyone was using to clean their Corbin seat and how often.

I use my riding suit. Daily.

:)

Seriously though, I use a damp cloth for weekly wipe-downs. I figure it's about due for a little leather conditioning. Probably use some Mink Oil - it's great on leather boots (for waterproofing and conditioning), should work fine on the saddle!

At the recommendation of my older brother, I started using Bickmore products 20+ years ago. Most usage has been furniture and motorcycle seats. Bickmore is all about leather care and they have a lot of cleaners & conditioners. I've found that their Bick 4 product is the best all around for me. Here's an Amazon link:
https://www.amazon.com/Bickmore-Bick-Leather-Conditioner-Finished/dp/B001CS2Q4M/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1506001918&sr=8-1&keywords=bickmore

Once there you can search on "Bickmore" and you'll read about their various products. All in all, good stuff!

Virtually Every car produced today except RR, uses plasticized leather. That is a thin film of a plasticizer on top of the leather to protect it. It’s the only way that they can get through warranty. And if it’s plasticized leather it doesn’t matter what you use because you’re not really getting to the leather. Any multi surface product work. It would be worth asking Corbin if his leather is protected or unprotected......

From the 303 site:

I submitted that question to Corbin. Either way the 303 would work as it can be used on leather or vinyl.
Clean my Corbin seat? My butt!

Oops, I mean I clean my Corbin seat with my butt every time I sit down on it!

I did buy a bottle of the leather conditioner from Corbin when I bought the seat a couple of months ago. Maybe someday soon I will take the time to put some on the seat.

Love the seat, by the way!!!

Here is the response from Corbin-

Our leather does not have any kind of protective coating on it. We recommend periodically using leather creme or conditioner to keep the leather protected and supple. Make sure to avoid cleaners or conditioners that contain petroleum products or kerosene as they will make leather and vinyl dry out and crack. Hope this helps!
Good information. Frankly I wish it was plasticized....cars like Porsche, Audi BMW and others use a fine veneer makes the seats last like crazy and stay looking factory new.
