Did you get the Shadow new?

You don't have to be specific, but if you did get it new, did you get a good deal?

I noticed a couple of Honda shops around my home has them deeply discounted; about the same price as a CTX, which is about $1,700 off the original MSRP if I'm remembering correctly.

yes, bought the shadow new. i offered $7500 and we took it from there. with windshield, helmet, delivery, some prepaid maintenance, insurance, etc., quickly ballooned to about $9500, then down to $9300 with the honda bonus bucks applied as a down.

100% financed, so to me, it is an acceptable deal.

Thanks for the reply shadowman. It looks like you got a good deal, considering you got the bike, plus accessories, plus other goodies and expenses not directly attributed for your specific bike for about the same price that one MSRPs for.
