After 3 months in the Black Hills, we are back home in the Tropical Tip of Texas. No fun twisties to be had in this coastal area, but it is good to be riding in shirt sleeves this time of year. Here's a video that shows some of our local riding...

Dang nice place to spend the winter. I looked at a climate chart - fantastic.

It is our home; average daytime high in January is 70º - very pleasant. Gets a bit warm and humid during the summer, so we head north.

We can see it from the end of our street. It's about 5 miles away, but it takes about 45 to 50 minutes to drive to it because you have to go west to Brownsville to get around the ship channel. Once the rockets are a couple hundred feet up, we can see them from our deck. And, FEEL the rumble.
