I went with Wilbers shock and springs and found the ride to be better, smoother over bumps and a bit better handling. it came with their recommended oil in the proper amount. I am happy I did it and for the cost it was worth it to me. I don't think It makes a huge difference though. I am 5'7" and about 215.
Has anyone modified their front suspension via different oil viscosity, different springs?
I find my 2018 CTX700 to be quite harsh riding over bumps. I have an adjustable rear shock but I’m wondering if anyone has done anything to the front forks to soften the ride?? Different oil viscosity, different springs?? Etc.??
