Wondering if anyone knows of a seat upgrade that does not entail stitching. Not interested in a Corbin, my present seat is enough of an assbuster (albeit after 3 hours). I have looked at Russel Day Long and they claim their stitching is water resistant. Seats look pretty nice but I don't garage my bike or ride with a cover. Seth Lamm seats also look nice.... but lots of non water resistant stitching. Would be interesting in listening to any ideas. My present seat is OK as I don't usually go for looooong rides but it would be nice when I did. Thanks all.

There are lots of threads about aftermarket seats. Just search the forum, and you will find LOTS of information (and photos).:)

Yep, tons of info, I had mine changed, padding and a back rest, cover glued back on.

Thanks fellas, I’m sure there are answers buried everywhere but my time on here is limited. Hence the question. If someone could point me to something directly that would be appreciated. Thanks.

howdy, i have seen many scooters that come with rain cover that just goes on like a hair net. the elastice all around holds it on and it is uv protective as well as water shedding. and you can raise goldfish after a rainstorm on the depression in the middle of the seat.
