My first new bike. Bought it in Asheville. I rode it the summer before going into the Air Force and put 5K miles on it. I stored it in my parents garage during my military time. I bought the Kaw while in service and kept the little Honda in storage for a long time only riding it on occasion. Then When Katrina hit and gas prices went up, I put her back on the road. This bike gets incredible fuel economy between 70-90 Mpg depending on how you drive it. It was my daily commuter and I put 50K on it before the oil pump quit. I will keep it and rebuild it back but it is off the road for now.

Interior
from sprocket from 12 teeth to 14 for a lower rpm at interstate speed.
Exterior
engine guard, hard bags, Full batwing fairing (from JC Whitney), luggage rack with adjustable back support and a large trunk (also from JC Whitney). Pipes are from a 79 twinstar and I had them bent so they would go under the hardbags.
