Smile 2014 CTX700 with SHAD cases

Bought the bike in 2015 and searched for cases. SHAD was the best option for me as the side case can hold a helmet and the rear case can hold two helmets.

Does the rear case use the standard honda rack as a platform, or do you have to buy a seperate Shad platform? How difficult was it to add the saddle bags?

Side cases now use their proprietary 3P mounting system. You can get a little late from shad to mount the top case to the factory or other rear carrier rack. Or you can use their proprietary rear rack.
